PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This MARAZZI Terra 12 in. x 12 in. Bengal Slate Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile is crafted to replicate the look of natural stone with rich color and realistic texture with the ease of maintenance of porcelain tile. The tile is highly resistant to abrasion and is also frost resistant, making this tile suitable for heavy-duty flooring as well as outdoor applications. Use the tile in commercial kitchens, retail areas, entryways, hotels or sales rooms. Coordinate with other sizes, colors and accent pieces for the design scheme that best suits your needs and preferences.

• Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 12 in. long x 12 in. wide x 3/8 in. thick
• Glazed textured finish with a low sheen and a random variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction Rating of .60 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Guidelines
• For residential and commercial use
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
