CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 76 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent, Compact, self emptying Dehumidifier This is worth the cost, if you need something smaller to fit in a room. I use it in the RV to protect it from the moisture that can occur. Very glad I got it, and I highly recommend it. November 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Less Worrys Set up is easy, following instuctions, ( IS A MUST ). place hose near drain or in laundry tub,( DO NOT PUT DEHUMMIDFIER IN LAUNDRY ROOM. make sure dehummidifier is level & has space to breath as per instuct:, plug it in ,turn it on,set your hummidity level, & walk away, it will run until hummidity level is reached then automatically shuts off, it will start up again when hummidity level raises above what your setting is, no more carrying bucket to empty, but do remember to clean filter once a month , other wise dehummidifier may over heat & may cause damage,, A BIG OPPS. REMEMBER TO REGISTER YOUR DEHUMMIDFIER ON LINE at manufactures web site . MAKES IT EASY IN CASE OF WARRANTY ISSUES January 14, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Works Well I purchased our first unit in June of 2010. It worked great up to last month when it stopped pumping the water to the drain. I should mention that the RS lasted twice as long as 2 other self pumping makes I previously used. I just purchased a replacement (same make & model) and it is keeping the basement at the appropriate humidity level. The tankless type is great, requiring virtually no care. RS now have the old unit that I will use as back-up once repaired. I would recommend purchase. RS Sovereign have been great to deal with. March 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far so good! The greatest selling point of this dehumidifier is the auto-pump feature. No need to pour out buckets of water each day; once full, the built-in pump drains the reservoir tank a distance of up to 10 ft. I've only had it for two weeks now, so I can't comment on its long term reliability, but it's been working perfectly so far. It is somewhat noisy, and the air that comes out of the machine is warm, so the room temperature will rise significantly. But I have the dehumidifier sitting next to our dryer in the basement, so this is of no concern to me. August 15, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bucketless Dehumidifier We bought this unit because of the space constraint in the area where it is being used. It seems to be doing what we expected. We have only been using it for about a week. So we hope it continues to operate as well in the future. So far we are happy with it. Ultimately we hope to have it plumbed directly into a drain line. But for now we are using a large bucket in an effort to make sure the unit works in the long term. August 20, 2012
