Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sijuki A good way to clean your concrete
My review of Behr (no.990) Concrete & masonry cleaner & degreaser. I will give it an A. I bought the quart container (which is supposed to cover 125 sq ft) and used it in my 2 car garage (roughly 200 sq ft of space I cleaned). I used it full strength on a couple oil stains and then diluted it for the rest of approximately 1 gal of water to the remainder of the quart (90% full). I then spread it around the surface and waited about 10 minutes to scrub. The scrubbing is the hard part (obviously) and then rinsed it off with a hose and scrubbed a few spots that still needed work.
I didn't get the rust spots off, or a few spots that are probably 5 or 6 years old. But those are recommended for the etcher. I felt like being cheap so I bought the $10 quart vs. the $20 Etcher. It got rid of the oil stains which was my main goal, everything else was not a huge concern. It definitely looks better now.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by SMJP Oil Stains
After spending approx. $70.00 on other products to try to remove some oil stains from my driveway, I found this to be the only product that got the job done.. Wet the area first, sprayed on full strength with a spray bottle, let sit for about 5 minutes. Mist lightly with water and scrub in with heavy bristle brush and hose off. Worked great.

This product may clean up some grease spills but it did not clean water stains or other road grime stains on the garage floor I used it on. Limited use for cleaning a garage floor.
