Rated 5 out of 5Â by Victor Excellent Hand Held Shower
The Moen Banbury hand shower is a well constructed shower head that does its job well. The construction of the shower head and attachments is of a good quality plastic which looks good in appearance as well. It does not require any special tools to attach the shower head to the pipe and can be done with bare hands in less than 5 minutes. Of-course you may need a wrench to remove your old shower head if its tightly attached. The spray settings work pretty well, although the water pressure in my area is I would say moderate. There are three basic flows: rain shower, high pressure massage flow and foam flow and the two other are combination of the latter two with rain shower. The only thing lacking on this would be a stop button to save water when you are shampooing. Overall, a definite welcome addition to my bath and my shower duration has increased after installation of this Shower head.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Termie High-quality and easy to install
This is a very nice showerhead, offered at a fair price. It was very easy to install, with excellent instructions. I was surprised to find that the instructions said that teflon tape was not recommended for installation of this showerhead, which was fine with me since I didn't have any on hand. I'm not sure what keeps the product from leaking, but I haven't seen any leaks yet in over a week of use.
The showerhead has five setting, but my guess is that most people would use the middle setting most of the time:
(1) narrow hard pulse
(2) hard pulse plus wide "rainfall"
(3) wide rainfall
(4) soft pulse plus wide rainfall
(5) soft pulse
The #2 and #4 transition positions above are not very good, because the amount of water available is not enough to allow for a decent stream. This is a 2.5gpm showerhead, but that's simply not enough to have a pulse and a rainfall going on at the same time. The pulse positions are OK once in a while, but you can't really shower in them, because they are relatively narrow. The one thing I will say is that position selector tab at the bottom makes it very easy to switch between modes, unlike the traditional style showerhead where you have the grip the face of the showerhead itself, which can be tricky when it's wet.
Of course, this showerhead is also removable for handheld use, and I found the length of the hose about right for giving you enough range without getting in the way.
Two things I was a bit disappointed about:
(1) the clamshell packaging was very hard to open. It literally took three times as long to remove the product from the package as it did to install it.
(2) the chrome finish is nothing more than shiny plastic. That's probably reasonable for the price, but don't expect this to have a high-end look or feel. Even the "metal" hose feels like it's made of plastic.
Overall, I'm very happy with this showerhead, and think the quality is very appropriate for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by daveb714 A nice shower head that is very easy to install.
I used this hand shower to replace a shower head that had been in use since my home was built in the late 70's. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old shower head since it had been in place so long but even that was no problem. From start to finish, the installation took about 10 minutes.
When I first started using the new shower head, it seemed like the water pressure was low but that can probably be attributed to the fact that the shower head it replaced did not have a flow restrictor. I quickly got used to the different water pressure and now I enjoy the wide spray pattern. The shower head has five settings but I generally use the wide setting. The other settings are nice too but I like the wide pattern.
I also enjoy that the shower head is handheld. That is nice for showering as well as cleaning the shower.
I haven't had this long enough to tell, but I would imagine I will save on my water and gas bill as my shower now uses much less water.

The showers works okay, but it feels a little "cheap". Not sure how long the item will actually lat. Overall, not bad.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Birdfeeder Replacement Showerhead
Bought this as a replacement for an old hand shower that slowly started leaking. Felt like this one would be a splurge to a higher quality model. It's fine, has adequate water settings. Meets our needs.
My husband isn't satisfied with the strength of the massage features. He prefers something stronger. We'll probably move this one to another bathroom and find a replacement. But it's prettier than any previously purchased showerhead we've had.
