The Salerno spa utilizes an ever efficient heat recovery system, saving valuable natural resources. This frictional heat recovery system uses the heat generated by the action of the pump and motor to heat your spa. This recycled heat is not vented away as in other spas, but returned back to the spa to assist in warming the spas shell and water. QCA Spas require far less energy than any other spa in its class and far exceeds the California Energy Compliance mandate. The Salerno hot tub features (2) 4.2 HP BT (2.5 HP CD) Hi-flow energy efficient pumps with 60 two tone graphite jets.
