First -- **INSTALLATION TIP**: My installer softened planks w standard torch for sweating plumbing and it then hand cuts very easily with razor. As a result super tight even on complicated trim and transitions to the point I've never put thresholds or even caulk! No sub flooring or underlayment directly on slab which I'd never do with anything else except tile. Entire first floor was done in about a day and a half (~1000 sq ft). Also surprising there is no curling even when narrow edge pieces with no trim to hold down (see images).
I have big dogs and a active teen. 2 years in, this floor looks new and not a nick or scratch with Great Danes running on it and an active son w size 13 shoes! People swear it is laminate or wood. I have had separation in one area (by sliding door - door has known leak), but I suspect rain came in under the door to cause. Because it is so flexible to uninstall as well (no glue - this is tongue and grove and boards flex some), I am simply going to pull that small area and reinstal (and I kept some extra planks just incase). This also is an area that probably didn't get acclimated as the box recommends because it was done first (and we didn't seen that notice).
It is a gem to be standing or walking on all day long, unlike tile which is hard on the body after a long day. Has just enough give without being spongy or springy.
Only real issue is that because it has the grain of real wood imprinted, scrubbing to get the dirt out of grain is periodically needed.
Close up photos are recent and thus 2 years post install, so you can see how it holds up beautiful!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Turretplug Plank flooring (click lock)
Bought 30 cases to cover 600sq ft with 10% waste as outlined in instructions. Allowed flooring to acclimate for 48 hours prior to install over concrete slab in living room and dining room.
Out of the box the floor is solid, not flimsy and packaged well to reduce damage in shipment. The click lock mechanism is sort of a pain, but once you get into a rhythm, it goes down easily. Score with utility knife, bend and snap it...... Cutting is easy on the ends, a little more difficult lengthwise, but still the same method. Making cuts to go around floor features ie: 90 degree cuts are the same, score a few times with straight edge, I learned that using pliers to hold part to snap it off worked better for me. I did keep a small piece of waste material to use as a block to set the row of planks, as well as a rubber mallet to tap them in place...... You may want to slide the piece of scrap along the channel to clear out the grooves, I found leftover material in them which forced me to pull sections apart and start again.
Great flooring, I've never done any type of floor, and it looks great, deep embossing, nice warm tone to the room now, highly recommended for the beginner.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by JAB3 Great product. Love the new floor!
What a great product. We remodeled our kitchen using this flooring system. We have a 120 year old farm type house that has settled over the years so finding a completely level floor or square corner is the exception. This product was perfect for our kitchen floor since it is flexible and lays well over some slight floor heaves. Although the instructions say you can chose to install this floor over existing flooring, we choose to rip up the two old floors (tile over linoleum) down to the sub flooring. After a light sanding of the remaining glue on the sub flooring, we installed this floor. I had a friend, who installs hard wood floors professionally, come over and give me a hand. The only complaint he had was that some of the pieces did not snap together easily. They took a little force but eventually snapped together. Overall though, the job went very nice and surprisingly quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mimi Looks great ! Has texture, so it does not look so "artificial". just beautiful
I installed this in a bedroom myself ..and no.. I have never never done anything like this before and am 67 years young.
READ READ READ the instructions. I had some problem with the initial installing.. but "got it" after a couple of rows. Would be easier with two people of course. It did take me two days, because I decided to not try to do too much in one day.
We then did a hall and kitchen floor and will do our living room and dining room as well . It is so easy to care for, even with a very active young Boxer and grandkids and their friends in and out of the house. It is holding up really well, considering this is Florida with sand sand and more sand.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by AL48 Love the way it snaps together.
The product took a minute to figure out the best way for me personally to install. After the first few pieces it went rather quickly.
