The Maestro Occupancy Sensor with eco-dim Dimmer offers an excellent combination of energy savings and convenience without sacrificing aesthetics. The occupancy sensor detects when your bathroom is empty and automatically turns the lights off. An adjustable timeout function allows you to set the time before the lights turn off, while the optional auto-on setting can turn your lights on for you when you enter your bathroom. The Maestro eco-timer is the perfect solution to your bathroom’s fans that are inadvertently left on. Bath fans should run for 15-20 minutes after your shower is used to reduce moisture, mold, and mildew growth in bathrooms. With the eco-timer’s 1 to 30 minute countdown range, without an always-on option—set your timer to the desired level and you’ll never inadvertently leave your bath fan on again! The LEDs move lower every five minutes, indicating the amount of “on” time left. A one-minute warning signals when the fan is about to turn off. Each product is easy to install and comes with its own Claro screwless wallplate. If your light and fan switch are located next to each other, use the included Claro 2-Gang Wallplate to finish your bathroom’s look.
