PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Perma-Guard Mold & Mildew-Proof Interior Sealer is a high performance latex acrylic clear interior sealer that is guaranteed to prevent the growth of mold & mildew on the coating film for five years. It combines EPA-registered mildewcides. Non-corrosive to metal, Perma-Guard produces a tough, durable finish that resists moisture to improve the water resistance of wood, concrete and drywall, minimizing surface water absorption under wet conditions. Perma-Guard is ideal for use on interior wall cavities, trusses, frame and interior side OSB lumber, unfinished cement block basements and other new or previously painted substrates.
