The cart features a 60,000 BTU cast and 105,000 BTU jet burner. Each adjusts individually with a manual valve. Wheels make the cooker easy to move. Use the two deep fry thermometers to monitor the temperature of the cooking liquids. Cook all your foods to perfection every time.
