These bulbs feature a rapid start-up that reaches a full glow within 30 - 40 seconds and provides a soft white light similar to incandescent bulbs. With savings up to $96.00 in energy costs over their lifetime, these bulbs are ideal lighting solutions. (E)* means this bulb meets Federal minimum efficiency standards.
