This laundry vanity looks great and is a huge improvement over our old standard wall mount laundry tub.
I had a plumber install it but we had to cut a large chunk out of the inner shelf and drawer to fit our existing wall plumbing. That's okay, but we lost the ability to store much in the cabinet. The plumbing hardware that came with the vanity was of below average quality, but the plumber had upgrades on his truck. The sink sprayer is "cheap" but works fine, so far. I am happy to have a better looking tub in my laundry room, but for the relatively higher price, I would expect better quality. You will need pumber's putty.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this laundry tub with such style and storage at such a reasonable price. It works well for our purpose which was to have a nice looking utility sink we could wash our small dogs. The sprayer really comes in handy. I love the bottom drawer and storage under the sink for their shampoo and brushes.

Bought this unit for the look, which is very attractive. Delivery was very quick. And the unit looks very good installed. I am concerned about long term durability, though: cabinet is MDF / particle board with a baked on finish: no wood veneer. I dinged one of the legs installing it and it took out a pretty good chip, but matched it pretty well with a marker to cover. The drawer seems extremely flimsy, but I actually had to take it out and modify the cabinet to install: unless your supply valves are at least 17 inches off the floor, you will have to either move them or modify the cabinet, I chose the latter and just reworked the drawer as a false front. The tub is extremely thin, does not look like it would take much to crack it. The faucet seems pretty decent, although the hand spray unit is completely plastic and cheap. Don't follow the faucet installation instructions: install the faucet to the tub and the supply lines to the faucet before you drop the tub in the cabinet as the depth of the sink makes it virtually impossible to tighten connections to the faucet in the cabinet. The unit does look very good, but we'll see about long term durability and utility.

it went into our pool bathroom. the legs on the vanity (making it raised off the ground) are great so all the wet kids and adults don't ruin the vanity from dripping onto the floor. we don't use the board and looks prettier without. it was the cheapest, complete set there is out there esp being a semi utility sink. it's not super deep but it works perfect for our pool bathroom (which is also right by the laundry room and garage). the assembly wasn't hard. there is little cabinet space in the vanity and the sprayer is cheap plastic but in time when that breaks we will replace it with a better one.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by BriV Nice cabinet box...fixtures and connections very poor quality
This is a very good looking cabinet once complete. But be prepared to buy all new traps and connections. Also, the cartridge was broken in the faucet so I had to spend a week hunting down a new one so the faucet wouldn't drip continuously. Again...at the end of the day, it does look good.
