PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PreciseAir convection system of the GE Profile 30 in. Self-Cleaning Electric Convection Double Wall Oven uses a reversing fan to circulate heat and air throughout the upper oven interior to produce evenly browned and baked foods. The oven's convection bake setting is ideal for baking casseroles or lasagnas, yeast breads, pies and pizzas, while its convection roast setting rotates heat around all sides of large cuts of meat to help seal in the juices. Heavy-duty roller racks provide easy access to items inside the oven.
