PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The MS International 18 in. x 18 in. Verde Ubatuba Granite Floor and Wall Tile features a handsome golden-green color which complements many styles of decor. This attractive tile can be used in a residential setting or a commercial space. It is frost resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The versatile, contemporary-style tile has a smooth, polished finish and a high sheen.NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.


  • Grade 1, natural stone tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 18 in. long x 18 in. wide x 1/2 in. thick
  • Unglazed smooth finish with a high sheen and a moderate variation in tone
  • Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
  • Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .50 wet is marginally skid resistant for indoor use and is recommended for standard residential applications
  • Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications
  • 9 sq. ft., 4 pieces per case. Case weight is 54 lb.
