Grow vegetables all year long. The sun provides the perfect spectrum of light for growing healthy vegetables and plants, but it disappears each day for 8-12 hours stopping the growth process. The Grow Light GL100 uses the most advanced LED lighting technology and takes over when the sun goes down, giving off virtually the same spectrum of light that plants thrive on. A breakdown of the suns natural light shows that plants love the blue and red spectrums. Research has found that there are four chlorophyll absorption peaks and LED grow lights use four different types of LEDs to hit all four peaks (two red and two blue). Our specially designed blue and red LED's in the GL100 combine to provide what is called ‘white light, which cannot be seen but plants recognize as the driving force behind the production of green chlorophyll paramount in the photosynthesis process of plant cell reproduction and plant growth. The Grow Light GL100 is a great addition to your outdoor greenhouse or indoor growing area, and extends prime growth seasons year-round.
