PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

M S International Montecito 16 in. x 16 in. Ceramic Floor and Wall Tile features dark beige tile with a rustic look to add style to your home. The tiles are designed for versatile design options in various installations.


  • Grade 1, first-quality ceramic tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 16 in. length x 16 in. wide x 3/8 in. thick
  • Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, halls and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Non-Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 7%
  • C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant.
  • Completely frost resistant
  • Residential and commercial use
  • 16 square feet, 9 pieces per case. Case weight is 54 lb.
