PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
For rooms up to 72 sq. ft., this exhaust fan provides dependable performance with the added convenience of an integral light. Moisture-resistant housing and polycarbonate grill for durable long-life operation. 80 CFM motor rated for 1 sone has been verified by the Home Ventilating Institute. Motor is encased and permanently lubricated for continuous operation. Fits 2x8 joist construction and includes bar hangers that can be adjusted for up to 24 in. joist spans.
