Rated 5 out of 5Â by Steve This glass door came in ready to install...
This door has nice trim that runs around the glass edge in the door center. Once installed, the three hinges made this door very stable. All areas including the top and bottom edges of the door are primed from the manufacture. With direct delivery to my home, this purchase is a great value for the money!

Yes, when I received the door I had to do quite a bit, more than I thought I would need to repair the door before I could even use it. Trim on the window was off and had to be re-glued and tacked back on. Many, chips and chunks of the wood in the door had to be refilled, sanded and painted. Not sure if it was shipping or the quality of the build. Door frame itself needed to be put back together, again not sure if it was the poorly built or poorly shipped, but I needed to reattach, realign, and re-screw the frame. After all that the door is now in place, for me next time I think it would be wise to only get a door I can see and buy at my local Home Depot.

For the price I did not see anything that came close. My handyman installed with no problems. It opens up a room nicely.
I will purchase again if needed

Rated 2 out of 5Â by Todd Not a great door
Door was not great quality. The door frame was cracked, I had to repair before installing. One of the hinges had screws that would not tighten, had to repair that. It just seemed cheap. It was less expensive than a similar door I ordered from Menards a year ago but no comparison in quality. The Menards door was much better. But in fairness, the Home Depot door was a $100 bucks less.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Apple1 A basic door
I priced this door for a contracted job and I purchased 7 of them. When I received the doors I noticed that they didn't come with casing. I now had to purchase casing for each of the doors. Some of the jambs were split and the stops were not completely attached. This is just a basic door that you can expect to add quite a bit of labor to. For a homeowner it's probably a great deal, however for a contractor, it's time consuming and costly.
