VELUX 2222/2230/2234/2246 Low-Profile Shingle Roof Flashing with Adhesive Underlayment for Curb Mount Skylight

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The new VELUX ECL Curb-Mount step flashing kit is designed to work with asphalt shingles or wood shakes (up to 1/2 in. thickness) low-profile roofing materials. It will work with most types of standard site-built curbs, whether they are slightly out-of-square or pre-existing. When paired with the new VELUX No Leak FCM/VCM/VCE skylight, ECL flashing provides a 3rd layer of water protection. This flashing kit and a roof pitch between 10 and 60 degrees is required for the skylight to qualify for the VELUX 10-Year No Leak Installation Warranty.

• VELUX ECL flashing is designed for use on roofs with shingles or shakes with a minimum pitch of 10 degrees and a maximum pitch of 60 degrees
• ECL 2246 flashing is designed specifically to fit VELUX FCM/VCM/VCE 2222, 2230, 2234, 2246 models with an outside curb width of 25.5 in. and maximum length of 49.5 in.
• Includes an adhesive underlayment that provides an additional layer of water protection and prevents leaks
• Interweaves with your roofing material to help provide proper water drainage
• Neutral gray aluminum color blends into most roofs
• Installation hardware included
• Easy installation with no caulk or sealants required
• VELUX ECL low-profile flashing for curb-mount skylights is not designed to work with a tile or metal roof, or deck-mount skylights
• ECW 2246 tile roof flashing for curb-mount skylights is available through homedepot.com or special order at your local store
• If you have a deck-mount skylight, you will need to order EDL low-profile, EDW tile, or EDM metal flashing instead
• We currently do not offer metal roof flashing for curb-mount skylights
