With it's traditional barn style appeal and additional loft storage you'll have plenty of space and many years of use out of this wooden garage kit. Working 2nd floor loft doors provide additonal access to the loft storage area. The Tahoe allows you to choose your garage door, purchased separately, by providing a 8 ft. x 7 ft. opening so you can match the style of your home. The Tahoe garage kit comes with 24 in. o.c. 2x4 framing and 3/8 in. L. P. (Louisiana Pacific) Smartside exterior grade pre-primed paneling ready to paint the color of your choice. Be sure to order an optional steel walk-in door to provide additional access. Check with your local permit authority before placing you order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Building is shown with optional windows and 9-Lite walk-in door. Floor is included. Shingles and garage door purchased separately by homeowner.
