As you can see in the photo I put my genraor on my concession stand KanEric's Place Machias Me.. Hooked into 110 at frist with outstanding performance and then into 220 which even incresed more so. I can run every bit of my machines,Fridge ,Freezer,Fryolator steamer, Slow Cooker, Microwave, coffeepot and every electrical outlet without one problem. The only thing I'd say that could be changed is it has no fuel Gauge which would have been a big help.

Appears to be a good and decent generator. Instructions were lacking and could be improved. I also had to use some of my own bolts and washers instead of what came with the generator. What was present would not work. Also there were no instructions on how to hook up the recharging cable. It appears that you merely have to connect the positive and negative terminal and then plug directly into a wall socket. Not true and I heard the breaker trip every time. You have to ground the negative before you plug it in but you can't find that information anywhere. It also did not come with any type of cover so dust of the garage would accumulate. Those are my only complaints. I plan to exercise the generator once a week until the end of hurricane season. Starts easy electrically and with the pull rope. A little louder than I wanted, but as long as it provides power during emergencies I really don't care. It's mobile so I can wheel it over to a neighbors house and allow them to keep their freezer and refrigerator cold. It's functional and that is what I needed. My next step is a whole house generator. This will do until then.

I purchased this generator on 2012 when I moved to Puerto Rico since there are blackouts often. I have used it about four or five times for a full day, also once a month for a few minutes so the engine doesn't seize. The only thing I would recommend is that the company - not the factory in China - translates the manual. But regardless, the manual will be more clear after a few readings. If you follow the instructions on maintenance - like any other equipment - you won't have performance issues.

Put generator together after receiving. The electric start would not work. I contacted All Power they sent me another battery after being on phone for a while to California. It took about a week for battery to come it was not the problem. Next they sent me a startrer said it was easy to install (it was not) not the problem. Then after contacting them again they said they would find someone in my area to work on it. Then after about 4 more phone calls from me and 2 plus weeks of waiting they told me they could not find anyone in my area to work on the generator. T hen they told me to return to Home depot and that I was within 90 day return policy. I took it to a store to be told 30 day return for cash received store credit still waiting on a new generator from different supplier.Home depot strore in State College was very nice after nothing but headaches from a inferior product!!!
