My only complaint was on instillation. This is a heavier than average toilet. What makes it even more difficult--as I found out-- is you should attach the tank to the bowl and hook up the supply line hose all before you attempt to place it on the wax ring. This you should do, because once you have the bowl seated on the wax ring and very close to the back wall--the bowl has side flanges--which make it almost impossible to mount the tank and secure the tank bolts to the bowl due to the lack of room. So rather than struggling with just the bowl to place it on the wax ring, you will get the much heavier bowl plus tank to pick-up, move and place on the wax ring. It was a real workout. Pay someone to install it for you and save your back. The finished product is a wonderful upgrade for our downstairs guest bathroom. No complaints on operation--its a winner. If I every have to replace it--I'm going to call someone to take care of it.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by alleyoman Love my new toilet!
Love the simple classic lines and love that there are no ugly pipe looking bulges on the sides. It was more expensive, but I don't regret it, as cleaning it is a breeze.

I purchased the toilet in the linen color to replace an older model American Standard unit and had it installed by my contractor two months ago. I could not be more pleased with the toilet. The styling is superb with it's classic lines and the "Right Height" feature is the best choice I could have made as the unit so much more comfortable to use than the standard height toilets. The flush is quiet and most efficient and the slow closing lid is a nice plus. My next project will be to have another Town Square model installed in my second bathroom. I recommend this toilet without hesitation.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Frustrated I like the look at the bottom
I bought this toilet last summer because of the classic bold lines at the bottom which makes it very easy to clean. The one think I continue to have a problem with is the seat. It continues to come loose therefore the top of the toilet seat does not stay in place. It always swings from side to side and it always needs to be repositioned before and after every use. I have took the seat off multiple time and adjusted/tightened the screws but couple days later.....seat loose again. :( ugggghh. Its irritates me and would not buy again. This was for my powder room in the downstairs hall and was going to get another for my guest bathroom but not again.

Our seat slides back and forth and neither of the two plumbers who installed it could get it tight. Other than that, we like it.
