Had a broken plastic snap, but called company in Montana to get a replacement. VERY nice lady there sent me TWO, one for a spare. Product looks well made.

Great product but should have ordered the 15 foot poles. They seem a little short after you put two feet in the ground.

The pole is better made than I had expected, but the clips used to snap poles together were almost impossible to get into place; almost gave up. A couple of clips? came with the pole with no explanation other than a vague picture of where they went. I ended up not using them since there was no apparent need. Glad I'm handy or else rating would have been lower.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by MB720 S&K pole to use with S&K Martin houses
S&K changed the way the three pole sections fasten together. Instead of the plastic button clips used in previous models, the poles I received use a piece of hard wire with a loop on the end. This is NOT an improvement over the plastic pieces IMNSHO. I am not very confident in the strength of this fastener and intend to replace them with a bolt ASAP. S&K needs to get a new engineer and redesign this fastener again! That said, I prefer S&K Martin houses over the competitors and this pole is the only one that will mount to the houses without using an adapter.

Just put pole up yesterday. Seems to work fine. I dug a hole and filled it with quickrete. I have yet to put the plastic shopping bags in the bottom pole as directed. Overall it seems like a good value and a steady product. For those buying this pole I recommend the plastic sleeve sold seperately. This goes into the concrete so that you can remove the entire pole when not in use. If you don't use the sleeve you will always have to leave the metal bottom section ( 3 metal sectios total) in the ground stuck in the concrete.
