The Philips 23-Watt T2 Soft White CFL Light Bulbs (4-Pack) (E)* are Energy Star compliant and use 23 watts of energy and can last for up to 12,000 hours. These bulbs cast a soft, white glow making them ideal for commercial or residential lighting applications. These bulbs have a T2 spiral shape with a medium base. (E)* means this bulb meets Federal minimum efficiency standards.
