PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The IDEAL 454 Blue Wing Nuts (25-Pack) are an excellent choice for joining and insulating 2 or more wires together. These wing nuts feature tough UL 94V-2 flame-retardant shells and a deep-skirt design to guard against flashover and turned-back strands.
- Winged twist-on wire connector to join and insulate 2 or more wires
- Use on bare copper wire
- Tough, UL 94V-2 flame-retardant shell rated at 221 degrees Fahrenheit (105 degrees Celsius)
- Contoured wings provide a secure grip for extra leverage on maximum wire combinations
- Live-action springs expand to accept wire shape and size with no pre-twisting required
- Square-wire springs thread directly onto conductors for fast, secure connections
- Deep skirt helps protect against flashover and turned-back strands for excellent dielectric protection
- 600-volt maximum voltage
- Minimum wire capacity of three #12 wires
- Maximum wire capacity of one #6 wire and two #8 wires
