Latex-ite 4-Gal. Acrylic Plus Driveway Revitalizer Filler/Sealer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product Description: Acrylic Plus is a new rollable acrylic based formula designed to be extremely durable and flexible while maintaining its rich, black color. Acrylic Plus contains natural fillers to help fill hairline cracks and give you a non-skid finish. Designed for good condition driveways (either unsealed or previously sealed). DO NOT use Acrylic Plus on poor condition, rough driveways or if driveway contains cracks. For porous driveways or blacktop that is not compacted well we recommend using one of our sealers that contains more filler properties: Airport Grade, Optimum or Ultra Shield. Helpful Hints before you seal your driveway: 1. Do the project all at one time without starting and stopping. 2. Check the weather and make sure no rain is forecast and it is at least 50 degrees F at night (a cold driveway will not allow the sealer to cure properly).

• Do not use a squeegee or brush with arylic plus or you significantly risk cracking and/or peeling
• Approximately 700 - 800 sq. ft. coverage for good, smooth, or previously sealed blacktop
• Approximately 600 - 700 sq. ft. coverage for moderate surfaces with minor/hairline cracking
• Approximately 400 - 600 sq. ft. coverage for unsealed or graying blacktop (do NOT use on poor condition, very rough / porous blacktop - use a sealer with more filler properties)
• Remember: clean your driveway thoroughly so sealer will bond and make sure you do not seal when it is cold outside, it must be at least 50 degrees at night for sealer to properly cure and last
• Do not seal in early spring or late fall as the sealer will not last - it will not cure properly and may track
• Easy to apply with a roller, use 3/8 in. nap or 1/2 in. nap if never been sealed
• New fortified formula is non-skid and fills hairline cracks
• Fast dry formula - ready for foot traffic in 1 hour and car traffic in only 4 hours (allow more time if shaded)
• Acrylic formula - built in primer for enhanced durability
