The Dremel 6A Saw Max Tool is a very handy tool that can be used to cut different types of material.
Size & Design:
The size and weight of this saw are reasonable and allow handling with ease. The tool is well designed and fits in your hand like a glove. This allows you to cut with confidence.
This saw is corded (runs on 110V) and the cord length is approx 6ft. The tool is powerful enough for most home projects.
The tool feels sturdy and of good quality. It comes with a 2 year warranty which gives me more confidence and assurance. I have had it for a few days only and I cannot comment on its durability.
My first test of this saw was to cut an opening in drywall (check the pics). I used the "Wood & Plastic" disc and cutting was a breeze. It produced an unbelievable amount of dust, whereas a cleaner job couldâve been performed using a manual jab saw / drywall saw. Of course this was just a test so it doesnât matter, but something to keep in mind if you plan to cut through drywall in a furnished home.
Whatâs in the box:
Having received this through the Seeds program, my saw came without a case for storage/transportation. I also received only two wheels: one for metal and one for wood/plastic. I received no other accessories.

This saw is great and has a lot of uses. The saw isn't meant to replace your typical circular saw. For large jobs use the regular circular saw. This saw has been great for drywall, old ceramic bathroom wall tile, plywood projects and sheet metal. If you expect it to do the job of a sawzall forget it. It does work very well for what's it's meant to do and is a great addition to complement my other saws. For those complaining about short blade life, use the proper saw for large jobs. For those complaing about it getting hot...it gets warm but that's not because of being under powered it's because this thing has a great deal of power, maybe too much for the small housing it is enclosed in. Be careful the first time you turn it on and make sure you are holding on to it, it is strong and has a lot of torque. I would recommend this to anyone who knows how to use the proper equipment for a particular job.

the tool worked better than all the other tools I tried for hand held accuracy, excellent cutting quality and i was able to do many cumbersome jobs that larger tools could not do. Very happy with results and saved a ton of time by using this saw
