PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Roberts R1530 is a solvent free 100% moisture cure urethane product that performs as an all-in-one, single application adhesive, moisture vapor barrier and sound reducer for wood and bamboo flooring installations. It helps to protect against unforeseen moisture vapors that can destroy a wood flooring installation. It also provides crack isolation for cracks up to 1/8 in. thick.

• For bonding solid wood flooring, bamboo, flat milled shorts, finger/block parquet (plain back), engineered and acrylic impregnated flooring recommended for glue-down applications
• Moisture Cure Urethane Wood Flooring Adhesive that offers a tenacious bond to all types of wood and bamboo flooring
• Adhesive, sound reduction, moisture barrier and crack isolation for wood flooring installations all in one product
• Open time: up to 80 minutes, working time: up to 120 minutes, cure time: 8-10 hours
• Environmentally Friendly formula that may contribute one LEED point for "Low-Emitting Material-Adhesive and Sealant" (IEQ Credit 4.1), Zero VOC (calculated)
• Covers approximately 30-35 sq. ft. per gal. when installing Engineered Wood Flooring that less than 1/2 in. thick using Roberts Tiger Tooth 1/4 x 3/16 in. trowel
• Covers approximately 25-30 sq. ft. per gal. when installing solid wood and bamboo that is equal to or less than 3/4 in. thick or engineered wood flooring that is greater than 1/2 in. thick when using a 3/8 x 5/16 in. v-notch trowel
• Superb flexibility to expand and contract with natural movement of wood flooring while offering sound reduction and moisture vapor emission reduction all at the same time
