The Bituthene System 4000 200 sq. ft. Waterproof Membrane and Conditioner is a flexible, pre-formed membrane designed for foundation walls, tunnels, earth-sheltered structures and more.

• 1/16 in. flexible, pre-formed waterproof membrane with latex conditioner
• Ideal for foundation walls, tunnels, earth-sheltered structures, and split-slab construction such as plaza areas and parking decks
• Also for interior uses including mechanical rooms, laboratories and kitchens
• For positive-side waterproofing applications over concrete-, masonry- and wood surfaces
• Cross laminated, high-density polyethylene carrier film provides high tear strength and resists punctures and impacts
• Accommodates minor structural movements and will bridge shrinkage cracks
• Split release-on-demand feature allows the splitting of the membrane into 2 pieces for ease of installation in detailed areas
• Surface conditioner is ready to use and can be applied by spray or roller
• Conditioner provides a high-tack finish and is specifically formulated to bind site dust and concrete efflorescence
• Special adhesive compound engineered to work with high tack system 4000 surface conditioner
• Wide application temperature range and cold applied for simple application to substrates, especially at low temperatures
