PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Behr Premium Plus Oil-Based Primer and Sealer is an exceptional stain-blocking primer. It blocks heavy water stains along with wood tannin stains. It also blocks stains resulting from smoke, water and fire damage. This product provides a vapor barrier, helps inhibit rust and is tintable for dramatic color changes. BEHR PREMIUM PLUS Oil-Based Primer and Sealer also provides a mildew resistant finish. It's ideal for use on surfaces such as well-bonded wallpaper, steel, wrought iron and wood.
