It's simple to use, just lodge the footplate securely underneath your planter or garden bins, slide & attach the central adapter with the rubber caps, tilt back using the soft cushion full size d-handle grip, and with little effort moves the planter or bin to your new desired location! If needed, the d-handle grip can be used to easily attach the item to a large hook on a wall for storage.
