The DWP611PK Dewalt Variable Speed Compact Router Combo Kit includes a durable 1.25 HP motor delivering the power to meet the toughest applications. The router includes a variable speed control which enables bit speed to be optimized to best match the application, and the soft-starting motor features full-time electronic feedback that maintains motor speed through the cut. The motor can easily be transitioned between fixed and plunge bases. The plunge base includes overmolded rubber handles providing comfort and a secure grip, and the large platform provides add stability for heavier applications. The extended sub-based provides greater work surface contact for improved user control.
