The auto restart function allows the fan to restart on the same settings after it unexpectedly shuts off (like during power failures or surges). The built-in Energy Saver button allows the fan and compressor to turn off when the desired room temperature is reached, so you don't have to worry about overcooling or overheating your room. This heat and cool window air conditioner is good for a room size of up to 25 x 40 ft (1000 sq ft)
