Simple Solutions Softseal combination foam / film underlayment is an all-in-one vapor barrier and sound-reducing underlayment. Softseal combination foam film underlayment is designed for fast and easy installation over concrete subfloors. Using the Softseal combination foam/film underlayment saves an installation step for installation on concrete subfloors. Covers 127 square feet.

- Covers 100 square feet
- Sound reducing underlayment and moisture barrier in one, rolled for quick and easy installation
- Lasts the life of the floor
- Do not use if flooring being installed already has an attached underlayment
