PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This 10 inch 50 micron pleated sediment filter reduces sand, silt, sediment and rust that affect the taste and appearance of the water. The synthetic filter media is cellulose-free and contain no additives or binders which may cause foaming. Thicker filter media has a greater capacity to capture and retain particles compared to thin, more rigid media types which have less void space for particle retention. This high quality filter has a double o-ring filter interface with lock in place technology that allows for easy filter change and maintenance. The temperature range is 40 to 140 degrees F (4.4 to 60 degrees C) and maximum water pressure rating is 40 psid
