CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Product This product is not complicated to install, but it does take time. We really took our time since this product is so expensive we measured twice for everything. The fact that the holes are predrilled really helped. Make sure to leave yourself enough room under the bottom rail so you can fit a drill otherwise you have to angle the screws. The horizontal rails took about an hour per section but the stair rails took about 2.5 hours per section. You have to redrill all the holes at the angle of your stairs which can be a little tricky. I used the Pegatha baluster connectors and aluminum balusters. You must use crush blocks like the instructions say otherwise they will sag in the middle. I just used a chunk the rail for that which works fine. Looks very nice when done. Downside is the total railing system costs just as much as the composite deck itself. August 5, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cannot imagine a homeowner putting this stuff together. Two professional builders spent a lot of time and money putting this system together. Material is inconsistant and very hard to work with. September 6, 2012
