It is sized to work with most types of site-built curbs, whether they are slightly out-of-square, pre-existing, or surrounded by unusually thick flashing and roofing material. It also comes with a 10-year No Leak warranty when installed with VELUX flashing. The VCM 205DS00 series comes with factory-installed white solar blackout blinds that are powered by solar energy, allowing you to control the light in a room using only the power of the sun.
