Stopped working after two thunderstorms. Took the sensor down and took it apart - the electronics are drenched. It's a critical design flaw. It's possible that there is a gasket missing that would keep the water out if it were there.
I replaced the sensor - as suggested by another reviewer - and I'm now enjoying the light.

Few days after installation over my garage door, started noticing abnormal behavior. Light coming on during the day when it was sunny and bright. Other times at night, it would not come on at all despite of waving my arms in front of the motion sensor.
Called up Customer service. They asked me if I know if anything is on the same circuit. How the heck would I know? I am not an electrical contractor who wired this house. Then he indicated that LEDs are highly temperamental and do not function correctly when some other device is on the same circuit. They should have put this warning on the package.

Had this unit for about a year. Suddenly stopped working. If I climb a ladder up to it, I can hear a small relay clicking whenever I waive my hand in front of the sensor. I can also see the little red light come on above the sensor, but neither of the flood lights come on. So I'm guessing the LEDs are toast or the output on the relay is bad. The board mounted LEDs inside each of the flood lights is proprietary and therefore you cannot buy replacement LED lights. Instead you have to buy the whole unit over again. When I was originally shopping for this light, it was one of the less expensive options. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll buy something more reliable.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by David Worst purchase ever
These lights are the worst I bought 8 had electricians install them, they all need to be replaced.
The cost of the lights and electrician 2,140.00 these lights stay on all day need constant reset, don't tell me I'm in test mode because we tried that. Bottom line is these lights need to be taken off the shelves, as far as I'm concerned.
