Rated 5 out of 5Â by silvercrew This swing set was exactly what we were looking for.
The playset is good quality, and was fairly simple to assemble. I was able to assemble quite a bit by myself, but there does come a point when you will need a hand. It has a lot of good features that allow several kids to play at the same time. We are overall very happy with this set, and I'm happy that I wont have to deal with the maintenance of a wood swingset again. My only complaint would be with the instructions, and the labeling of some of the parts. Sometimes it wasn't very clear as to which parts were to be used in each step of the instructions. I didn't have any of the hardware problems that others have complained about. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but I would purchase it again.

I'm so pleased I gave this gift to my grand kids!  Tho  I think their parent think its a gift to them reason the kids spend all home time on it playing. We had a construction friend install and he was amazed at the quality. Best design to allow lots of play mates. Everything is there to provide hours of fun resulting in calm indoor children!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Cardelo Nice, sturdy Play set; some areas a headache to install
We purchased this play set instead of a wooden one in order to forego the frequent maintenance of power-washing, restaining, etc... This play set was delivered on an eight foot pallet and weighed in at 869 lbs. Though, with the driver, my son, and myself, it wasn't too difficult to get inside the garage.
I started by laying out all of the boxes in the yard and sorting through all of the pieces. Don't forego this part of the installation. It's worth the extra time. One of bags of hardware came with the wrong supplemental bag inside, so I had to call customer service to have them ship the parts I was missing Luckily, I was able to move forward without delay since the majority of those parts were for the swings.
I actually liked the labeling system they used on the hardware, which corresponded nicely with the instructions. The instructions were fairly straight forward, though I pretty much had to rely on the diagrams to get the correct orientation of the various parts.
I struggled in two areas. There was one part that might have saved me a headache if I had actually used it. Itâs called a âtap.â It was hanging out in the big bag of hardware, and I didnât actually open it until AFTER I put the entire playset together. Apparently it helps to use this on the pre-threaded holes where parts of the play set connect together. There was one bolt that just would not fit. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy the hardware to make one myself, which actually worked fine. Had I used the tap, I could have saved so much time.
The other pain was the cargo net. Apparently there is a known problem with the cargo nets that ship with this unit. It was way too short. Through pure will, strength, and sweat, we were able to get it installed, though I think we actually wound up stretching the rope through all of the pulling and tugging we did. I have noticed a few tiny rust spots already forming, though. Iâm not sure why. Though, I will probably just wind up sanding these areas down and repainting them. Hopefully itâs not a big deal.
Overall, itâs a very nice play set, and my kids love it. They are still small, so I like the fact that it still has features that they will grow into.

My son is in love with his new playset. We had his 5th birthday party this past Sunday and it was a hugh success thanks to the new playset. I had over 20 kids at the party and all were sad when they had to leave. :)
