Plastic, flame-resistant LumaBase holds candle securely in place; and can be filled with water to anchor down bag. Flame-resistant coating inside bag offers extra measure of safety. Standard wax tealight fits perfectly in LumaBase. Completed Luminaria measure 6 in. W x 3.5 in. D x 11 in. H.
