Rated 5 out of 5Â by HandyChick Looks fantastic and the price was great!
I don't know that you can do much better for the price point here. I usually prefer dual-handle faucets, but I loved the sleek look of this and it's so smooth and easy to use. My old bathroom faucet was an ugly single knob style, so this is a big upgrade in appearance. Very easy to install, looks fantastic, and easy to clean. Can't say about durability since it's only been in for about 10 days, but Delta is generally a good brand so I expect it to last.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Hotel Great Affordable Product
We just installed 64 of these units in a hotel. They were easy to install and so far we have not had trouble with any of them. I am very pleased with this product.

This faucet looks great in the bathroom. And it was easy to install. I wish the water pressure was a little stronger though.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by DM999 faucet leaks at gasket to sink
The gasket does not seal to a standard sink. You will need to silicone the gasket to the sink to stop leaks. It does not leak from the supply or drain when you test the faucet after installation, but you need to check under the sink after cleaning the sink area. (If you do not happen to check, you may ruin your cabinet with water damage). Once you determine the leak you will need to uninstall the faucet to apply silicone to prevent. This is twice the work and now a messy installation. Avoid this product. I will avoid all delta products in the future as this is a very basic flaw. Home Depot should verify this issue and not carry this product. (I installed 2 and they both had the same issue)

Rated 4 out of 5Â by jonbe9 great price with a few caveats
I liked this unit because it was Delta, and it was low flow and the price was unbeatable. I have a few issues. The cut-out washers with the nuts to hold the base (with a skinny bolt) don't feel as stable as an actual water flex connection that is threaded for a spin collar. Also, the downside of low flow is now the hot water takes a lot longer to reach that particular sink. This fixture is the furthest away from the water heater, so I guess I have to look into putting a recirculation pump so I don't waste too much water when waiting for hot water to flow! I will consider using this again (brushed nickel) with my master bath renovation this year!
