Our Custom Ready-to-Assemble kit provides parents the most project flexibility and accessories options at a great value. Specifies sturdy 4 in. x 4 in. and full dimensional wood construction, with 3 design projects to choose from. Each play set project can be customized with accessories that you select yourself (sold separately). Kit includes 2 swing seats, a pair of safety handles, 4 climbing rocks, multi colored canopy, brackets and hardware, and easy to follow assembly instructions (all lumber sold separately).

• Play deck area totals 40 sq. ft. with 4 ft. and 5 ft., 5 ft. and 7 ft. deck heights, depending on the project you choose
• 24 Time-saving brackets with self-drilling lag screws with 1 torx head drill or driver bit
• Comes with 2 swing seats and 2 pairs of swing hangers
• Minimum use zone: 24 ft. x 33 ft. for smallest optional design configuration
