PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Commercial specification grade tamper and weather resistant GFCI receptacle. It provides compliance with 2011 NEC Article 406.9 that states that all receptacles installed in wet and damp locations must be weather resistant. Durable impact-resistant thermoplastic face and back body is virtually unbreakable. Tamper and weather resistant designations provide visual identification. Extra-long and extra-wide mounting straps with patented built-in wire stripper for no. 14 and no. 12 wire to speed installation. Side-wire terminals accept up to no. 10 solid or stranded wire and push-in terminals accept no. 14 solid wire. Back and side wire wiring method. 15-amp, 125-Volt and NEMA 5-15 rating. NAFTA compliant. Whether a home’s style is traditional, modern, casual, cozy or rustic, it will demand more from wiring devices than in years past.
