The Cummins OnanRS20A residential standby generator ensures that life goes on even when the power goes out. The versatile RS20A is electronically switchable to run on Natural Gas or Liquid Propane Vapor for easy installation using which ever fuel source is available. The RS20A is manufactured in the United States using Cummins Onan designed alternator, electronic control and high-quality commercial-grade materials for safe, reliable performance. The patented sound attenuating enclosure is manufactured from 11 gauge aluminum and automotive grade polypropylene for corrosion free outdoor installation. This patented enclosure design ensures the RS20A is the quietest generator in its class. Third party testing revealed only 62 dB(a) under a normal load, measured at 7 meters. The RS20A is US EPA emissions certified and UL 2200 Listed. Cummins Onan residential products adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements. This generator is not approved for use outside of the USA. Not available for sale in California.
