Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk, Dont buy, it will break down on you This microwave is very loud, two went out on me in a month. The magnetrons are bad. Can’t see the buttons, noisy, very loud exhaust fans, interior light is very dim, hardly any chime to hear when item is done, no backlight to see buttons, the magnetron is very loud and will fail. More than 80% of these units fail within 16 months, etc. Very bad make. Don’t buy. Please do research online and see for yourself. Not worth the money at all. Over $650.00 for this unit which doesn’t work properly. October 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Microwave I ever had I remodeled my kitchen 4 years ago. I fell in love with the design and overall beauty of this microwave. But the performance is also awesome. The digital window tells you just what to do when you are heating or defrosting. I love it. Will buy this brand again. My glass is also perfectly clear. Not sure what happened to those people who said their glass was foggy. November 8, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Looks good but poor quality Do not buy this microwave! The exhaust fan is so poor that half the steam and grease go up the glass and cabinets from the front burners. It does not 'double as a hood" as they advertise. Service tech from Electrolux said "that is how they work and until more customers complain nothing will be changed". The unit and the fan are very loud and the lighting is barely adequate. The sensor does work well - needed to add time for popcorn and decrease time on defrost. The touch pad is hard to see yet finger prints stay on easily. July 10, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor features Very disappointed in microwave. Bought unit to complete kitchen upgrade to stainless steel. Two big issues is the front panel is not back lite and is very hard to read. In evening we typically keep lights in kitchen low which then makes it impossible to see microwave settings. So if we want to heat up some popcorn we need to turn on all the lights in the kitchen. Also the bottom light gets so hot that it heats up the interior of the microwave. Will lay off Electrolux products for ever. April 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far so good I was hesitant to purchase this microwave because of the reviews but I needed it to match my stove and fridge which I love. I haven't had any issues but it does seem a lot louder than my old microwave of a different brand. I did purchase the extended warranty as a precaution though. April 6, 2013
