The Genesis GMSDB1512L 12 in. Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw is a powerful, heavy duty machine with exceptional vertical cutting and crosscutting capacities. Straight crosscuts up to 13 3/8 in., miter cuts, bevel cuts both left and right, and compound cuts are a breeze, whether you are cutting crown molding, base molding, flooring, siding, or you just need to cut dimensional lumber down to size. Bevel cutting both left and right is especially convenient when cutting crown molding. A high quality, super smooth sliding rail system gives you a crosscutting capacity of 13 3/8 in. at 90 degrees and over 9 in. at 45 degrees. And the vertical cutting capacity is exceptional, up to 5-1/2 inch in base molding vertical against the fence, and up to 6 1/4 inch in vertically nested crown molding. A 15 amp belt-drive motor drives the blade at 3800 rpm for fast, smooth cutting, and a built-in laser light cutting guide allows for quicker set up and improved accuracy. And your Genesis 12 in. Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw comes loaded, with an 80T carbide blade installed, hold down clamp, dust bag, 2 extension wings, rear support foot bar, blade wrench and 2 AAA batteries for the laser.
