SEAL & FINISH is a ready-to-use; water base coating that makes concrete surfaces easier to clean and resistant to staining. A clear, low-gloss finish seals and protects new or existing, interior or exterior horizontal concrete. It can also be applied over or under other concrete coatings or as a protective layer over concrete stains.
