For poultry, they can be safer and easier to use than a knife because they are designed to cut through poultry bones. Thus you don't have to search for joints to cut poultry into serving sized pieces.
- Fully forged, made from a surgical quality stainless steel designed to stay sharp longer
- A heavy-duty barrel spring contributes to a smooth cutting motion
- Easy disassembly for cleaning; recommended after each use
- Shears are equipped with a built-in bone-cutting notch to help grip and secure bones too thick for the serrated portion of the blades
