It provides an effective solution to safety issue of pressure cooking; the unique "flat plate structure" technology owned by factory can effectively tackle with the aging problem of pressure cookers. It possesses the merits of a common pressure cooker, rice cooker and braising & stewing cooker, but is free of their shortcomings.
