ENJOY EASY APPLIANCE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

FREE DELIVERY AND FREE BASIC HOOK UP SERVICE

All freestanding electric refrigerators, ranges, washers & dryers are eligible for free delivery & free basic hook up service.

Basic hook up service does not include hook up or removal of built in cooktops, wall ovens, drop ins and air conditioners. The installation must comply with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code and the National Electric Code.

FREE DELIVERY AND ADDITIONAL HOOK UP SERVICE

Additional hook up service applies to gas ranges & dryers, dishwashers, and over the range microwaves. Hook up services are available for these items in some areas for an additional fee.

Refrigerators

Requirements and Preparation
• Water connection kit required
• 110V–grounded, 3–prong electrical outlet
• Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up

Get Prepared for Your Delivery:
• Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly
• Verify your existing electrical and water connections
• Empty & unplug your old refrigerator

Dishwashers

Requirements and Preparation
• New dishwasher connection kit
• Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
• Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
• The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H

Get Prepared for Your Delivery:
• Measure your rough cabinet opening
• Verify your existing electrical and water connections
• Empty and unplug your old dishwasher

Electric Ranges & Dryers

Requirements and Preparation
• A new electrical cord and dryer duct (for dryers only)
• A 240V electric outlet within 4 ft. of hookup

Get Prepared for Your Delivery:
• Verify that your outlet type matches the approved types shown above
• Empty & unplug your old appliance

Gas Ranges & Dryers

Requirements and Preparation
• New gas flex connection kit and dryer duct
• Natural gas line (no liquid propane hookups)
• 110V-–grounded, 3–-prong electrical outlet
• Gas shutoff directly behind the appliance

• Verify your existing electrical & water connections
• Empty & unplug your old appliance

Washers

Requirements and Preparation
• New hoses (available at checkout)
• 110V-–grounded, 3–-prong electrical outlet
• Water valves (hot and cold) must be corrosive free and within 6 ft. of hookup

• Empty & unplug your old appliance

Over the Range Microwaves

Requirements and Preparation
• Hardwiring will not be done. A dedicated 110V electric outlet must be directly above the unit

Delivered electric appliances will be uncrated, set in place, leveled, and connected to an existing power source.

Your installed appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly.

All packing materials will be removed and your home will be restored to its original condition.

DELIVERY DAY

• The delivery company will contact you at least a day in advance of your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery and give you a time frame.

• You will receive a 30-minute call ahead on the day of delivery to let you know it's on the way.

• Someone over the age of 18 must be home to accept delivery of your new appliance.

• All delivery agents are required to display their authorized badge during delivery.

FAQS

Q: Will the delivery agents install appliances using existing parts?
A: No, the agents will install with new parts only. Using old parts will void the warranty on your new appliance. New cords and hoses must be purchased at checkout (if not included in item purchase) and available at the time of delivery.

Q: Will the delivery agents install using liquid propane hookups?
A: The delivery agents are not licensed plumbers and will not install liquid propane.

Q: Will the delivery agent install a unitized (all-in-one) washer dryer?
A: Installation is available in certain areas. Please contact our Appliance Support Hotline at 1-800-455-3869 with questions.

Q: I want to have my frontload washer & dryer stacked to save space. Will the delivery agent install them that way?
A: Appliance stacking is available in some areas, but is not included in the basic delivery rate. Please contact our Appliance Support Hotline at 1-800-455-3869 with questions.

Q: What if my new appliance is damaged or not working correctly at the time of delivery?
A: Make sure to examine and test your appliances before the delivery agent leaves. If you notice any damage or your appliance is not working correctly, raise any issues at the time of delivery with your delivery agent.
