• A design consultant will visit your home and develop a design and quote based on your needs.

• Once you approve the estimate, our professional fabricators will build your storage system to your unique specifications,.

• Based on your schedule, we'll set up an installation date (usually within 30 days).

• We'll install the new storage system. (You can either move any existing closet materials or pay the provider to do so).

• When the project's done, we'll clean the job site, conduct a final inspection and review all product and service warranties.

Q: What if I have shelving that needs to be removed?
A: In most cases your installer will remove existing shelving for an additional fee. However, only the holes in the wall resulting from this removal will be patched. Any cosmetic touch-ups will be your responsibility.

Q: Do you build custom storage anywhere other than closets?
A: Yes. We can install custom storage in just about any space you need it, especially in garages, laundry rooms and pantries.

Q: Do you install any closet or garage organization items purchased from the store?
A: No. The home organization products we install are custom-made for each job and are not available through the store.

Q: Do I need to be present during installation?
A: The homeowner, or an adult over the age of 18 with the authority to make decisions, must be present at the start of the installation process to review the project plans with the installation crew. It is also important for the homeowner to be present at the completion of the project so that they may complete the quality review checklist and review the maintenance requirements of your newly-installed storage space.
